Practice Nurse | Rosedean House Surgery, Liskeard, Cornwall Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time Available System: EMIS
Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking primary care team? Rosedean House Surgery is looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team in the heart of Liskeard. Main duties of the job
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of practice nursing services, including long-term condition management, health promotion, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and preventative healthcare. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our local community while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment.Whether you're looking for a full-time (40 hours) role or a part-time position to suit your work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

Job responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of the job:
- Assess, plan and manage care for patients with long-term conditions, promoting self-management and healthy lifestyles.
- Deliver vaccination and immunisation programmes, including travel vaccinations where appropriate.
- Undertake cervical screening, wound care and other routine practice nursing procedures.
- Provide health promotion, screening and preventative care to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure care is delivered in line with professional standards and best practice.
