Main duties of the job

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, you will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care. The ideal candidate should have Long Term Condition (LTC) experience, be a UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience, and have experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations. A good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework is also required. The role involves an annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, and benefits such as a car benefit scheme and cycle to work scheme.
