Main duties of the job
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients and ensure practice policies and procedures are followed. You will provide care for presenting patients, manage treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluate care. It is essential the candidate has Long Term Condition (LTC) experience. The candidate must be a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, possess experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and have a good knowledge of quality outcomes framework. Salary is up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience. Additional benefits include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, coverage for NMC pin renewals, one week of paid CPD/study leave per year, car benefit scheme for electric vehicles, and more.

Main Responsibilities:
