An exciting opportunity has arisen to become an integral member of the Practice Development and Education Team. This is a part time role 22.5 hours, there is flexibility of how hours are worked across the teams core hours of Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, however this is an onsite role.
This role provides administrative support throughout the practice development team. The department provides a range of development opportunities including mandatory training, leadership and early career courses for mainly clinical staff. The post holder will play a key role in providing first line support for booking requests, ensuring training records are accurately maintained as well as providing initial response to all team enquiries, and forwarding to relevant staff member as appropriate.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as the role involves liaising with staff, trainers and subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have good attention to detail, be willing to learn new IT systems and think on their feet.
