You will lead service development and improvement projects for physical healthcare as you encourage service users to maintain and develop their physical health.
Other responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance requirements and KPIs required to support service users to maintain their physical health care.
- Design and implement an annual physical and full medical screening for all service users and develop relationships with local physical care provision to promote physical healthcare needs to be met
- Establish and implement screening processes and taking bloods
- Meet the mandatory testing requirements for prescribed medication
- Liaise and co-ordinate our visiting GP service.
- Basic risk assessment
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- To be an RGN with at least 2 years’ experience
- Evidence of clinical practice development
- Demonstrates effective verbal/written communication skills
- Experience in management and leadership of a team/service
- Experience in quality improvement projects and KPIs
- Experience in the management of long term physical health conditions
