The Acute and Diagnostic Admin Team at NHS Dumfries & Galloway are seeking to recruit a motivated and highly organised individual to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive administrator to support the Management Team by providing high-level administrative support, ensuring key information is available to inform decision-making and maximise the effective use of management time.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the service.Responsibilities will include:• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of information to support decision-making• Assisting with the coordination and supporting implementation/progression of initiatives• Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including Senior Managers, Medical staff and Administrative colleagues• Based at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary

We are looking for someone who:• Has experience working in a fast-paced office environment• Can quickly learn and adapt to complex systems and processes• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organisational skills• Is able to prioritise workload and multitask effectively• Brings a positive, flexible and proactive ‘can do’ attitude

This is a varied and rewarding role, and the ability to manage competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism is essential.
