
To act as Personal Assistant to members of the Women and Children’s Senior Leadership Team, liaising with various levels of personnel including operational staff, managers, matrons, clinical director and senior clinicians.
This post is a 12‑month Fixed term/ secondment opportunity, covering Maternity Leave and provides administrative and organisational support to ensure the effective running of the Senior Leadership Team.
The post holder will be expected to work accurately under pressure, with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload. The role involves providing and receiving complex, sensitive or contentious information, requiring tact, diplomacy and persuasive skills.
