ABOUT THE ROLE As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester, you'll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help us deliver the high quality care and service we're known for. Main duties of the job

You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, having prior experience in a nursing home. Your role requires evidence of continual professional development and expertise in managing safeguarding investigations and risk assessments. The position demands HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge, budget management expertise, and the ability to support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
