Job summary

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Performance and Development Manager to join our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) programme team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and transformation of diagnostic services, improving access, reducing waiting times and enhancing patient outcomes across Leeds and the wider region. This is a key role supporting the delivery and transformation of diagnostic services monitoring operational performance and service improvement across our expanding CDC portfolio. Working closely with senior operational and clinical colleagues, you will lead on performance monitoring, business planning and improvement initiatives that enhance patient access, productivity and service effectiveness for the CDC programme.
