This is a unique partnering role that will manage and effectively deliver a variety of People initiatives and engagement strategies across the employee lifecycle, designed to bolster leadership performance via core HR procedures, championing cultural evolution and establishing our position as a preferred employer. Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience and knowledge within HR

Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law

Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple HR projects, with the ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk

Proven ability to work independently, drive change and adapt approaches

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels across an organisation

Ability to influence senior managers, and partner on a programme of change

Good ability to understand business strategy using commercial acumen to communicate a clear vision, provide direction and anticipate organisational issues

Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Ability to use and take advantage of new digital platforms and systems
