Main duties of the job

Support the Employee Lifecycle: Assist People & Culture Business Partners with processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general People administration.

Manage Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate onboarding tasks such as drafting contracts, conducting compliance checks, and maintaining regular communication with new hires and relevant teams.

Liaise with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, external compliance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless People operations.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes and enhance service delivery.

Maintain and Develop HR Systems: Ensure People systems are regularly updated, accurate, and continuously improved to support operational needs.
