To provide a high-level reception service for Private Patients at Kingston Private Health, promoting a positive image for the Trust as well as providing an efficient and caring service for patients and visitors. To work as a member of the reception team, with staff of all disciplines, and other hospital staff, to ensure an efficient service.
To ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered, across the team, working to agreed standards.
The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
Main duties of the job
To carry out general receptionist duties, which includes booking all patients into the department following the established procedures, via the electronic patient record system and Compucare.

To carry out general clerical duties, including the maintenance of records (electronic or physical) and filing, sorting and delivering post.

Ensure all clinical rooms and reception areas have clinic stationery, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and correctly recorded

Photocopying, Scanning and filing letters and documents as required.

Attend admin team / departmental meetings on a regular basis. Contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views, ideas and communicating effectively.
Financial
Ensure all Private inpatients have up to date financial records on Compucare.
