Job summary

Humbleyard Practice is looking to employ a patient care advisor to join their patient care team, which is made up of 15 friendly and dedicated patient care advisors, working across Cringleford, Hethersett, and Mulbarton Surgeries. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. The working pattern is 08:00 -18:30 across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Main duties of the job

As a patient care advisor, youll be at the heart of the practice, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and ease. Youll be the first point of contact for patients, whether in person or over the phone, offering support, booking appointments, and signposting them to the right clinician or service at the right time. No two days are the same - youll be handling enquiries, updating records, and working closely with both clinical and administrative teams to keep everything running smoothly.
