To provide supervision of reception and oversee patient affairs services, ensuring efficient administrative support across the unit. This includes overseeing petty cash/patient funds administration, staff supervision, Rota management, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and financial instructions. The post holder will support both clinical and administrative teams, maintain high standards of record keeping, and contribute to service development.
