At Spire Healthcare, we're on a mission to help create a healthier, more productive Britain with our new partner – Team GB. As the Exclusive Healthcare Services Partner of Team GB, we have a unique opportunity to inspire millions of people through the power of sport and exceptional healthcare.
Team GB is the British and Northern Irish Olympic team – one of the nation’s most successful teams and the public facing brand of the British Olympic Association (BOA). The BOA is responsible for preparing, selecting and leading Team GB at Olympic and Olympic Winter Games, as well as multisport events including the European Games, Youth Olympic Games and European Youth Olympic Festivals.
As we build towards the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, we’re looking for an energetic, creative and highly organised Partnership Manager to lead the activation of one of the most exciting partnerships in Spire Healthcare’s history.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, this role will be key to managing the relationship with the BOA commercial team to deliver the Team GB partnership.
As Partnership Manager, you'll act as the vital link between the BOA, our network of hospitals and central functions. You will transform Team GB partnership rights into meaningful, high-impact activations that engage patients, colleagues, partners and local communities across the UK.
Travelling nationwide, you'll build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, uncover compelling stories and bring the partnership to life in ways that showcase the impact of healthcare and inspire pride in our organisation. Working collaboratively across marketing, communications, HR, commercial and clinical teams, you'll deliver innovative campaigns and experiences that maximise the value of our investment, strengthen local engagement and create lasting impact.

Partnership management
- Act as the day-to-day project manager for Spire Healthcare's Team GB partnership.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BOA and external agency partners.

- Track partnership performance against agreed objectives and KPIs and support quarterly reviews, annual planning sessions and executive reporting.
- Measure partnership contribution to awareness, consideration, trust, engagement and business outcomes, using insight and performance data to optimise future activity.
- Produce regular reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

- Ensure activation activity aligns with Spire's brand, business and people objectives.
- Lead project planning, timelines, budgets, approval processes and risk management.
- Identify and develop new activation opportunities throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Coordinate delivery of the annual partnership activation plan across multiple workstreams: Including brand campaigns, content, athlete programmes, events, colleague engagement and commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of partnership content across our channels
- Manage Team GB-related events, appearances, launches and hospitality opportunities.
- Oversee production and delivery of co-branded collateral, merchandise and activation assets.

- Manage Spire's portfolio of Team GB athlete ambassadors.
- Work with agencies and the BOA on athlete selection, contracts, briefing and logistics.
- Coordinate athlete appearances, filming, content creation and events.
- Lead delivery of athlete storytelling initiatives, collaborations and patient success stories.
Internal community management
- Manage the framework and requests for local hospital and community athlete engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, Legal, Operations, Commercial and Business Development teams.
