An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic AHP with extensive clinical and leadership experience within a MDT or integrated teams for the position of Operational Manager for RES and the HSCP front door teams. These include a developing Hospital at Home service and Home First Response Service within Renfrewshire HSCP.
This is a key leadership post with operational and strategic management responsibility for a range of professions. The post holder will operate within the Renfrewshire management structure and will have responsibility for line management of staff within Rehabilitation and enablement service, hospital at home and HFRS. The role includes responsibility for recruitment, appraisal, continuing professional development, performance, delegated budget, clinical and corporate governance, staff accommodation and IM&T.
The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational management for RES, Hospital at Home and HFRS services. The operational manager is accountable for the performance, resources and activity within their area of responsibility. In addition, the operational manager is responsible for providing managerial input to the HSCP/Locality strategic structure and to actively contribute to the overall planning and management of Health and Social work services in Renfrewshire HSCP.
