Operational Lead Vaccination Services
Band 7 £52,845 - £61,466 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 per annum
36 hours per week
Fixed Term Internal Secondment post for 18 months until October 2027
Applications on a secondment basis will be considered providing you have prior agreement from your current line manager.
An 18-month fixed term secondment has arisen for a Registered Nurse to provide Operational and Clinical Leadership to the vaccination service. This opportunity requires an NMC registered healthcare professional to plan, deliver and assure seasonal vaccination campaigns as well as the continued roll out of travel vaccination services across NHS Western Isles.
The role provides an opportunity for an experienced or developing leader with exposure to national, board level and departmental clinical governance requirements. You will be forward thinking, dynamic with sufficient knowledge, skills and experience to undertake both operational and clinical leadership for the vaccination service.
