You will collaborate with Regional Directors, General Managers, and care teams to evaluate performance, prioritize tasks, and execute effective plans for improvement. You will spearhead care quality and clinical improvements, formulating measurable improvement strategies for underperforming services. About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified nurse with current NMC registration.

  • Have multi-site or regional experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of improving quality, compliance and service performance.
  • Have strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management or be willing to work towards it.
  • Be an influential, resilient and adaptable leader.
  • Be able to travel extensively across the division, including at short notice.
