Job overview

To assist and support the Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing Services as part of multidisciplinary team in the co-ordination, provision and delivery of an effective high-quality Occupational Health service, providing specialist advice and clinical services to the managers and staff of Cardiff and Vale (CAV) University Health Board / Cwm Taf Morgannwg (CTM) University Health Board. Primarily this post will meet the needs of the Health Board however it may also cover a wide range of clients from both public and private sectors.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work directly with clients to provide a comprehensive Occupational Health Service. The post holder will undertake all aspects of line management in relation to the Occupational Health nursing team as part of the collaborative model.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
