ABOUT THE ROLE As a Nursing Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to deliver outstanding care and support to our residents. Current NMC registration and revalidation At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues Excellent communication and decision-making skills A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
