An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Children Looked After (CLA) Health Team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust as a Band 6 Children Looked After Nurse.
The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary health team to improve health outcomes for children and young people looked after. The role involves undertaking statutory Review Health Assessments, developing health action plans, promoting health and wellbeing, and working closely with children, carers, social care and partner agencies.
The successful candidate will be passionate about safeguarding, reducing health inequalities and ensuring children and young people receive high quality, trauma-informed care.
