ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across all tasks. Youll have the autonomy as an RGN to do things the right way, being truly respected for your work. NMC registration and a good knowledge of current clinical practices are essential, along with experience in care plans and risk assessments and understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA.
