NHS Coordinator | Administration | Spire Nottingham | Tollerton | Part-Time | 15 hours per week

Spire Nottingham Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week) to support the department.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
  • Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
  • Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
  • Handling patient queries over the phone and via email

Who we're looking for:
