At HUC, we support 4.5 million patients across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, West Essex and the Southwest, delivering essential NHS 111 and Out of Hours GP services -- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Main duties of the job
Your Role: Make Every Call Count
Be the First Point of ContactHandle urgent and non-urgent calls, helping patients get the care they need quickly and safely.
Use NHS Pathways with ConfidenceAssess symptoms using NHS Pathways and direct patients to the mostappropriate healthcareprofessional or service.
Provide Reassurance When It Matters MostUseyou'relistening and communication skills to offer clear advice andaccurateguidance.
