The South Stoke CAMHS Team are looking for an experienced Band 3 Medical Secretary to support the team. The role is part time working 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have strong minute taking experience, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, be a strong team player and have excellent computer skills.
The successful candidate will be flexible and be willing to undertake training.
Main duties of the job
Minuting meetings
Typing clinical letters
Organising clinics
Greeting service users
Placing orders and maintaining stock levels
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to use in house systems such as Lorenzo [electronic patient record system], training for which, will be provided.
You will be required to organise your own workload, using your own initiative to meet deadlines. You will be required to plan and organise clinics therefore good communication skills are essential.
Excellent keyboard skills are also essential to the role.
