Salary Dependent on Experience

We are looking to add to our reception team. We want to hear from you, if you:

· Experience of leading a team whilst maintaining high standards.

· Can act as a role model to reception staff, supporting, motivating and promoting good staff relations.

· Enjoy dealing with members of the public on the telephone and in person, and therefore have excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.

· Are patient focused and have compassion to communicate sensitively and effectively in challenging situations.

· Have excellent organisation and IT skills.

· Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not essential.

· Are able to work flexible hours, according to the needs of the practice during periods of annual leave.

· Have vision, willingness and drive, to adapt to changes in the NHS.

· Understand the need for confidentiality.

· Are professional in your approach.

· Will be enthusiastic, happy to work independently and thrive on working to high standards.

· Have previous experience of working in a GP practice. Although experience is not essential, it is preferred.
