The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Devices Team, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks. This will include being a focal point of contact for HCT staff regarding the servicing and repair of medical equipment Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT) is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. Experience
Essential
- Significant administration experience in a similar role. Previous working experience and knowledge of database management. Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs for disparate teams. Understanding of the role played by medical devices in the delivery of safe patient care. Knowledge and experience on types of medical devices used within community health services Arranging meetings and taking notes of meetings
Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to GCSE standard or higher
- Administrative /professional qualification ( NVQ Level 3 or equivalent secretarial qualification)
Desirable
- Educated to BTEC ONC level or higher in a technical subject
Other Requirements

- Must have access to a car for business use to drive across sites unless exempt under disability arrangements of the DDA
