MDT Co-ordinator
We are seeking to recruit MDT Co-ordinators in Newham.
The successful applicants will work closely with the clinical staff and administrative staff and will have daily direct contact with patients, relatives and visitors. Excellent communication skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is absolutely essential. You will be well-organised, highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. You will need to be hard-working, flexible and reliable with good interpersonal skills. It is important that you are able to prioritise your own workload to meet the needs of the services. To provide an effective administrative support to Managers, Officers and clinical staff within the teams.
Main duties of the job
To work closely with the Lead Administrators to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the teams ensuring service delivery is met.
To be responsible for taking ownership and contributing to the development of administration systems for the Service; by providing day to day administrative support.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
To work alongside and to cover all Administrative areas, when required and requested and to cover other administration staff across several locations as and when the need arises.
To cover reception and other community teams as a core part of your responsibility .

- Experience of working in an administrative capacity within a team setting for 2 years or more.
- Experience of working within a Mental health setting. Demonstrable experience of administrative processes.
Desirable
- Experience in a health/mental health, education or social services environment. Experience of Minute taking. Experience of working in a culturally diverse inner city area. Basic Cash Flow Management

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & its applications I.T/Administration Knowledge of Patient Administration systems. 40-45 wpm typing speed Data entry skills
