An opportunity as arisen for an experienced administrator to work within Maternity.  The post holder will provide support for the vaccination team at Birmingham Women's Hospital as the Maternity Vaccination  Administrator.

Main duties of the job

As an integral part of the Postnatal team, your role assists in providing a comprehensive, effective secretarial and administrative service for the vaccination team.

You will support the vaccination team with a range of administrative duties such as minuting meetings, ordering consumables, preparing correspondence, inputting data, photocopying, scanning of documents, maintaining databases, and dealing with enquiries.

  • IT qualification which demonstrates an ability an an experienced level in the use of Microsoft Packages
  • Level 3 GSCE or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Nature of Experience

  • Experience as working as part of a team
  • Previous experience of working in administration.
