Job overview

This is an exciting moment to join our Charity as we embark on a bold new chapter — and we’re looking for a Marketing Officer who’s ready to help shape it. This role offers the rare chance to evolve our brand, amplify our voice, and put your creative mark on how we inspire our community to stand behind Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals.

Our vision is simple but powerful: a future where our local community stands behind Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals – empowering exceptional care, uplifting environments and valuing staff. We strive to be healthier together, creating a legacy where every act of support makes a difference. As our Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of bringing that vision to life.

You’ll support the crafting of compelling stories that showcase the real impact of our work — from transforming patient spaces to funding innovative equipment and supporting the incredible people who deliver care every day. You’ll lead on day to day marketing activity while also contributing to the bigger picture, helping us reach new audiences, strengthen our identity, and grow the vital income that fuels our mission.

Your work will span social media, digital content, campaigns, events, and creative materials. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the charity and the wider NHS Trust, uncovering the stories that resonate and turning them into engaging, meaningful communications that inspire pride and generosity.
