Job overview

We are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic  administrator with excellent IT skills to join our busy Respiratory Physiology Service.  This post is full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Main duties will include: upload reports to electronic patient records, type/scan correspondence and documents, booking appointments, dealing with enquiries, managing patient’s records and other general office duties.

The post holder will be organised and have strong experience Microsoft office skills, provide comprehensive admin support to the service, management and clinical teams in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for an individual who can pay attention to detail, who are articulate, conscientious and enjoy working in a busy environment.
