The postholder will provide high-quality, consultant-led care in lower limb surgery within Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients within plastic department. The postholder will contribute to service development, clinical governance, audit, and teaching, including the supervision and training of junior medical staff.
Participation in departmental activities such as on-call rotas (where applicable), service planning, and innovation will be expected, alongside maintaining the Trust’s high standards in quality, safety, and patient experience.
Main duties of the job
The weekly timetable includes ward rounds; triage, advice and guidance (A&G), and PTL meetings; core SPA time; elective theatre sessions; outpatient clinics; administrative time for list planning; and a combined session covering elective theatre (including EOC), clinic, and trauma

- Evidence of broad-based training Subspecialty training to fellowship level
- Evidence of continuing medical education

- Experience in microsurgical reconstruction and management of skin cancers
