About the Role We're looking for a Teaching and Learning Coach Level 5 to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. - A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or a related subject
- English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent)
- An Assessor qualification (A1 Level 3, TAQA or equivalent)
- Experience delivering apprenticeships within Health & Social Care
- Strong coaching, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, learner wellbeing and inclusive education
- The ability to manage a caseload and build positive relationships with learners and employers
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
