You will meet with medical colleagues, provide advice and training on job planning systems, produce high‑quality reports and performance updates, and help drive continuous improvement in how job planning operates across the Trust.
You’ll be a key point of contact within the Executive Medical Director's office, trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, while keeping momentum on job plan sign‑off and supporting escalation or mediation where needed.
