We have an exciting opportunity to join our team here in Dorset!

We can offer you the opportunity to join an experienced and dedicated team who are striving to deliver excellence in a highly rewarding environment. We have set ourselves challenging goals for the year ahead that aim to sustainably improve the service we offer to our customers and patients. Through a collaborative and an integrated approach you will have a critical role in shaping the way in which goods are replenished on a daily or weekly basis.

  • Be comfortable working in both clinical and warehouse environments
  • Manage your time well, prioritising when necessary
  • Promote and deliver a professional replenishment service, focussed on ensuring product availability and value for money

  • Understanding of how product usage can fluctuate depending on the current circumstances
  • Confidence in dealing with data

  • Keyboard and computing skills
  • Effective communication skills displaying tact
  • Ability to work under pressure with no direct supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload to agreed schedules and demonstrate flexibility when required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Experience in using Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook

Desirable

  • Dealing with customers at all levels
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems or demonstrable experience in a stores & distribution environment

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel using own vehicle

Desirable

  • Good basic education to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Relevant training
