Job summary
Were looking for an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) to join our End Point Assessment team, supporting the Dental Practice Manager standard.
This role may be ideal for you if you've worked as a Dental Practice Manager or Senior Practice Manager.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future workforce by assessing apprentices at the final stage of their journey. You'll use your professional expertise to evaluate performance, ensure high standards, and help learners achieve their full potential.

Job responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering EPA in line with the Dental Practice Manager Level 4 standard
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading

Experience
Essential
- At least two years or more recent relevant experience of dental practice management experience occupational competency within Dental Practice Management
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
Desirable
- Member of a relevant professional body
Qualifications
Essential
- A recognised Assessor qualification (or the commitment to work towards)
- Hold a level 4 qualification or above on the OFQUAL Register of Regulated Qualifications or be QAA accredited
