Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the above and has experience of overseeing and resolving a wide range and high volume of employee relations cases.

Working with, and managing members of our HR Advisory team, as part of the Trust's Operational HR department, this role is responsible for providing generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.

Main duties of the job

We need a HR professional who is ambitious, flexible and a creative thinker. This role is key in developing manager capabilities to embed a Just Culture approach ensuring colleagues are treated with kindness and openness.

You will work with senior managers to drive change and challenge established thinking, providing HR advice on any organisational change and being responsible for the management and delivery of a comprehensive, proactive and professional operational HR service.

The role can be based at either our York or Scarborough site and there will be a requirement to work across any of our Trust sites.  Please note we are currently working from home on a regular basis but there will be the requirement to attend face-to-face meetings as required.
