The Workforce Directorate within the Scottish Ambulance Service provides a comprehensive range of HR services to approximately 6,000 employees, covering locations throughout Scotland.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR Team responsible for delivery of HR services across the East Region of Scotland. You will provide advice and guidance to line managers and staff in various areas of HR policy, best practice, and employment legislation. You will also be involved in supporting key employee relations cases and projects via the People Services Hub.

As part of the HR Team, you will work closely with other HR and Partnership colleagues and also contribute to the provision of an effective HR service to all areas of the wider Scottish Ambulance Services. Daily support for the People Services Hub is also required.

Whilst the post can be based at any Scottish Ambulance Service location, there is the requirement for substantial travel to various sites throughout Scotland. There is also the potential for hybrid working.
