The postholder will have the overall responsibility to manage, maintain and develop the directorate’s database management system.

The postholder requires diligence and attention to detail to manage the complex and varied workload and will undertake corporate roles and responsibilities in accordance with the grade and nature of the post.

- Experience of working within an HR environment.

- Previous experience working in NHS or other public sector.
Qualifications

- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards or equivalent HR experience
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, range of computerised software, safety specialised terminology
Skills & Knowledge
Essential
- Previous knowledge of administration and line management.
- Proficient in the use of IT using Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and other IT packages including Datix or similar relational database, with good keyboard skills to manipulate data.
- An ability to always maintain confidentiality and trust.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to improve performance and make a difference by focusing on goals.
