Here is an exciting opportunity to join the administrative team of Meadow House Hospice to support the delivery of specialist Palliative Care to the people of Ealing and Hounslow . This is a full time role that will involve weekend working on a 1:7 rota.
We are looking for a confident ,highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has significant experience of working in administrative roles within a healthcare or similar environment.
They must have the ability to work independently, have strong decision making skills, and manage a very busy front of house and be flexible to cover a wide range of administrative tasks.

Excellent communication skills are required due to the nature of this post and the need to interface with the services senior management team, medical professionals and the community nursing teams.
This is a challenging role and would suit someone able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment on their own initiative with minimal supervision.

- Administration experience
- Experience of managing reception
- Experience of working in an NHS environment or healthcare environment
- Knowledge and understanding of patient confidentiality
- Knowledge and experience of handling sensitive data
- Knowledge and understanding equal opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience of using clinical databases or patient administration systems
- Knowledge and experience of securely managing patient sensitive data
Desirable
- Experience or knowledge of working in specialist palliative care or hospice environment

- 1. GCSE, NVQ 3 or equivalent
