We empower our managers with a supportive framework and infrastructure.   • To join us as a Home Manager, you must possess inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care. A successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care is essential, along with excellent organisational and management skills. Experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy is required. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is necessary, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Experience in creating strong community links is a plus.
