- To join as a Home Manager, you will need inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care. A proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care is essential. Excellent organisational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines are required. The ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and experience in creating strong community links are also necessary. A successful track record of running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home is important.
