Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare, where they will be integral in providing person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people. This position offers autonomy within a supportive framework to manage care homes to high standards. Barchester emphasizes quality care, operating nearly 240 care homes and six independent hospitals. The rewards package for a Home Manager includes a competitive salary, potential bonuses doubling the salary, and quality-based bonuses up to £10k.
