Working closely with medical, nursing, and therapy teams, you will lead on clinical decision-making, workforce development, and service innovation. This role offers the opportunity to develop and embed best practice, strengthen multidisciplinary working, and contribute to strategic service improvements within a pressured but rewarding environment.

The post is ideally suited to a motivated clinician with strong leadership skills, a passion for frailty care, and a commitment to supporting and developing others. You will be instrumental in building resilience within the workforce, supporting junior staff, and ensuring safe, effective, and responsive services that meet the growing demands of acute frailty care.

If you are interested in this role, we would be delighted to hear from you and would welcome the opportunity to discuss the post further or answer any questions you may have.
