This is an exciting opportunity for a one year fixed term role to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Child Health Outpatients Health Inequalities Project.
This includes helping patients get to their appointment by sending reminders, phoning patients and organising transport to help remove any barriers which could lead to patients not being able to attend.
To collect data on patient booking and helping to prepare reports for progress on the Health Inequalities project.
Please note: we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will help to arrange and book rapid access clinics as requested by Consultants.
Responding efficiently and effectively to post, telephone and email queries from patients, parents/guardians and other health care professionals.
