
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, compassionate and outcome driven wellbeing leader to join our UHDB Team.
As part of the development of our staff wellbeing provision across the Derbyshire health and social care system, the successful candidate will play an integral role in keeping colleagues healthy, safe and well across a range of organisations.
The Health Improvement Advisor Team Leader will lead and manage services provided to our partner organisations, including peer psychological support and wellbeing interventions through structured programmes of work aligned to their organisational need.
University Hospitals Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trust (UHDB) deliver a range of innovative preventative wellbeing services within a dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing team, set up to provide health and social care colleagues rapid access to assessment and local evidence-based support where needed.
This post holder will be primarily field based.
The post holder will work within the Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing multi-professional team with specialist knowledge to deliver a wide range of health and wellbeing services, including:
