  • The focus for this role will be to support the health, safety and security function, as part of the Health & Safety team by leading and promoting a positive health and safety culture in order to engender and embed proactive and robust health and safety systems across the organisation, ensuring that the organisation meets its regulatory and statutory duties relating to health, safety and welfare
  • Manage the Health & Safety Advisors (x3), develop PDR objectives, manage day to day work and ensure 1-2-1 meetings take place
  • To develop, implement, monitor and review policies, procedures, guidance and initiatives, facilitating collaborative working, to raise awareness and foster a culture that encourages reporting, action and learning from violent and aggressive incidents;
