This includes ensuring alignment to NHSBTs Marketing, Communications and Engagement Strategy, and developing robust short, medium and long-term plans to maximise the impact of digital integrations, increase registration rates and support improved patient outcomes. Main duties of the job

The Head of Organ Donation Partnerships leads the development and delivery of strategic partnerships that drive registrations to the NHS Organ Donor Register (ODR), with a particular focus on large-scale digital and public service integrations. The role is responsible for securing, implementing and optimising partnerships that increase registrations, improve consent rates and support patient needs.

As a senior member of the Partnerships management team, the post holder will lead the Organ Donation Partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with NHSBT's Marketing, Communications and Engagement Strategy. They will be accountable for delivering registration targets through key partnership channels, including the NHS App, DVLA, government digital services and emerging cross-government platforms.

Working closely with the Organ Donor Register Team and key stakeholders, the post holder will maximise the performance of digital partnership opportunities, ensuring partners deliver against agreed objectives and contribute to increased registration rates and improved patient outcomes.
