Job summary

<p>Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for driving service improvement and delivering meaningful change? We are looking for an enthusiastic <strong>GRTN Project Lead</strong> to join our team on a two-year fixed-term basis.</p><p>You will lead a targeted project to improve engagement, access, and health outcomes for Gypsy, Roma, Traveller and Nomadic (GRTN) communities across Wiltshire.</p><p>This role will focus on building trusted relationships with GRTN families and strengthening connections between communities and PHNS. The post holder will support equitable access to the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) by developing culturally sensitive approaches, co-produced resources, and tailored service delivery models</p><p>The overarching aim is to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children, young people and families within GRTN communities </p><p>This work aligns with the NHS Core20PLUS5 framework, prioritising health inclusion groups and reducing health inequalities.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be responsible for leading and delivering a defined two-year public health project to improve engagement, access to services, and health outcomes for Gypsy, Roma, Traveller and Nomadic (GRTN) communities across Wiltshire.</li><li>The role will focus on building trusted relationships with commun
