Job summary

The Humbleyard Practice is seeking a capable and highly motivated GP referral administrator to join our team. Offered on a part-time basis, for 20 hours per week, the days/hours will be as follows:

  • Monday 10.00-17.00
  • Wednesday 9.30-17.00
  • Thursday 10.00-17.00

Main duties of the job

This is an opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, commitment, and excellent communications skills to join our loyal and well-established secretarial team. The role will involve applying your administrative experience to assist clinical staff and patients with referral requests and inquiries, in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

About us

We are a large, semi-rural, dispensing, research and GP training practice, operating over three surgery sites just to the southwest of Norwich. We have a fast-growing list size of 22,225 patients and we are part of the 5-practice Kett's Oak Primary Care Network.
